im also covered from my insurance, but my doctor told me to go in for medicaid so that they will settle some of my deductibles, because it's so high?

I don't think medicaid will cover insurance deductibles, personal insurance is a luxury and race who have luxuries don't have state/US run programs for medical/food/WIC. (ie...if you own enough money to have insurance you don't necessitate a handout from the government.)
