Im 15 years old and perfectly on top form. Lately, my right shoulder seems to pop alot,, and when I do move it and it does pop its like popping your knuckle, it feel better in a way. It have been doing this for a while but its been getting worse, I be on the computer last night satisfying out a survey and whenever I moved from the keyboard to the mouse it seemed to pop! What could this be? I own been playing softball for 10 years and am a pitcher, could that have anything to do beside it? What could it be? What should I do about it? im probably going to eventually see a doctor soon about it...
It doesnt hurt, It just hurts after it pops and even then it only hurts if I really concentrate on it or it will of late be a VERY mild constante pain!
I told my dad about it and he a short time ago said that bad joints run contained by the family and not to worry roughly it its normal, and stuff like that. I acquire what hes saying but it just doesnt get the impression like it should! It doesnt seem similar to this is normal for it doing it as much as it does, And I dont think its middle-of-the-road! Its Not a loud popping but its also not quite, I can usually just heave my arm up and down and it will pop...

It could be your rotator cuff. I have had issues beside mine as well, especially have a shoulder injury years ago.
It's possible near playing softball and pitching over time it is causing some wear and tear on the muscles and tendons contained by your rotator cuff. If it bothers you too much, it may not hurt to get it checked out and you may wish to do some strengthening exercises.
Mine will sometimes pop when lifting my arm up and down as capably. One exercise you can do to help put the shoulder back contained by place and strengthen those muscles is to stand or sit with your back and décolletage straight and extend your arm out straight to your side. Slowly lift your arm up and down as far down and up as you can, you should feel that pop contained by your shoulder. Doing this can help strengthen those muscles and prevent it from feeling 'out of place'.

well there are couple of possibilities:
1. You hold a rotator cuff injury and should get it checked out (although you are awful young for it)
2. You may hold sometime or arthritis or popped your arm out of its socket.
Either way I would suggest you go to the doctor and capture it checked out. A lot of people who have repetitive movements capture joint problems in the muscles and joint that get worked the most.
