Affects of CAFFEINE!! urggg what should i do>?? pleasee facilitate!!?

i'm only 14 and yesterday i had drank a huge cup of cofee yesterday morning...that dark i couldn't sleep at all and in the morning,,after a restless dark,,, i was full of energy still andd for some grounds, my skin was clear and my hair be perfect...but in the afternoon,,i have a little bit more caffeine but muchh,, and about an hour after, that my organizer started hurting and i'm gettingg massive stomach aches...what should i do to stop this pain..i know..i will never enjoy caffeine at my age ever again:P but how do i stop the pain now??
