A cross-question just about blood donating?

If i would like to donate blood to go to another country for example a poor country that necessitate my type of rare blood type (because i've donated alot in my country here) is that possible does anybody know?
Answers:
yh you can confer blood here and there BUT make sure that you hand over it at a clean well trusted hospital because within other countries you can contract diseases because of the fact that some syringes that they us on the injection are reused
im not sure but i think you hold to go to a clinic or hospital over in that country
