Is bench throwing more of an aerobic or a muscle-building exercise?

I've heard that throwing chairs is more of a psychological exercise. Obviously when you're in a blind cruelty..you don't feel the weight of the stool..You just feel the peace inside that comes next to smashing a chair into something. Source(s): I've never really thrown a real bench.
