16 years: Prevention of adjectives put money on problems.?

Hello,

As said I'm 16. I don't suffer from a bad back constantly but do moderately badly every so often. I be wondering what I could do to ensure my back stays in biddable health.

For example:
Is there any vitamins, or each day exercises that may help? I'm thinking of a long term prevention more than anything. I forgot to mention, it's my lower rear legs that usually has a problem.
