Anyone ever done hypnosis and feel a abnormal sense of floating? This happen to me and I get really ill.?

I did a home CD and listened to it and be VERY relaxed. As I was getting into the CD, I feel as thought I was sort of floating and then I started to discern really sick. Is this normal? It stopped as soon as I opened my eyes.

I be a patient in hypnotherapy for a while. I have scripts and relaxation tapes and they were exceedingly relaxing. I can certainly relate to the feeling of floating and drifting. But I never have the feeling of becoming sick or nausea. You were exceedingly right to stop. Hypnosis is about feeling comfortable. If something alarms you it is other in your power to come out of the trance.
