Injury !! injury ! give a hand ?

my little finger got injured by the rusted iron plate in the Train...
my request for information is The same rusted iron may hit many people within the train .....If they got any blood related disease consequently is there any possiblities for me to get that same diseases through the rusted iron
is at hand any possibility for any seriousness...
if though pls recommend me some treatment like tetenus...
