After like 10 minutes of playing piano my left wrist starts to soreness and my hand goes numb, the song isn't impressively fast 'Allegro vivace' and well could it be some sort of syndrome or something?? anything i can do to stop it?
(Sorry if my interrogate is in the wrong section)

Could be carpal tunnel. I get the same entity and its what I have - too young to be arthritis :P Source(s): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carpal_tunnel_syndrome
Sounds something like carpal tunnel. Here is how you can get rid of that twinge:
For wrist:
Have your hand and fingers half closed. Take your other appendage and press that thumb across the area they take your pulse on and press on it complex and hold. Relax, take a deep breath and exhale and don’t tight up any part of your body. After 30 seconds slowly widen your hand all the opening and then open your fingers adjectives the way. Remove the pressure but hold your hand similar to that for one minute longer.
could be carpal tunnel. make sure you do stretches past and after you play Source(s): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carpal_tunn…
Go to chiropractor, stretch your collar. If you sleep with wrist all curled up use brace to hold it straight when you sleep.
