Bump on my director from end year still here?

ok so last year like somewhat over a year ago in volleyball i fell back and hit my cranium on the floor and got a bump and it was pretty big next it got smalle and stop shrinking now i still own this bump on my head and it moves about a cm up ward and down ward what could this be is this something i must see i doctor almost?
