What could be the incentive of the backache surrounded by my foot?

I get a pain surrounded by my left hand when I bend my fingers or be paid a fist. It feels like a sprain, or a ligament injury, but I don't know how I could've gotten it. I thought it could have been because I practice ukulele and guitar every daytime, but I played it this morning and it didn't hurt. I can't think of anything else that could have cause it.

Since you play those instruments daily....it could be Carpal Tunnel.
