The moved out side of my obverse above my cheek bone is tender?

and hurts a little . Has for about 3 days immediately. I have a lot of cavitities/dental work that desires to be done. Could this be causing the pain? Or could it be sinus pressure lately in that one area?

It actually could be either one or a combination of the two. Problems contained by the mouth can lead to infections in the sinuses of the frontage and even other areas. Watch for a fever and if it continues to bother you see your doctor. Might want to address those dental problems too. It could greatly well be dental related. Until you bring back that taken care of you are not going to be sure and anything you do in the anticipate time trying to fix it will be for nothing.
