On the right side of my collar bone there's a lump that hurts (just for a while bit) and i can move it up and dow?

On the right side of my collar bone theres a lump that hurts (just a little bit) and i can move the lump up and down and it feels different approaching a peice of something thats moving, but i have no clue what it is. Also when i push it up and down after that it hurts. So can you please help me, and report to me whats wrong? THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!
