I hold a pinched brass neck within my shoulder. when i lean forward, i be aware of tingling down to my fingers? what can i do?

the best thing to do would be to see a massage psychiatric therapist that is familiar next to trigger point therapy and have him/her explain it to you and how it works. it would also be a moral idea to see a chiropractor. both of those would be able to solve the problem. Source(s): work therapist
