Does calcium stop or cause migraines?

Lately on the onset of my migraines "the aura" I run to chew a calcium supplement and drink water. The headache is diminished 70%. Someone near research evidence please tell me whats happening.

Calcium isn't the basis of headaches or migraines. If so half of our forefathers would hold died from them, right? The cause of headaches/migraines is the back and nouns muscles. When they get tight they give rotten their pain. When they get really tight they grant off a real intense signal. When that signal reach the brain, the intensity of it makes the brain feel simply pain. Then we have be taught that it if it is in the brain it is cause by the brain. Wrong, for when you release the problem sending the message the pain stops as well. There is one place you can 'short' migraines out as okay, and that is applying pressure to the temples. Here is how to get long continuing relief, getting the muscles that are usually involved to be free so that they don't trigger another episode to begin beside:
Back of head:
Place your hands aft your head and put your fingers on the muscles on your neck. Press a moderate pressure onto them and hold it. Now relax, clutch a deep breath and exhale and don’t tense up any slice of your body. After 30 seconds, slowly lower your head until your nouns is fully extended. Then release the pressure but hold your head there for one minute longer.
Back:
Place your gone hand on your left knees. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and near your fingertips find the muscle next to your spine. Press on it and hold. Relax, take a weighty breath and exhale and don’t tense up any part of your body. After around 30 seconds there should be a release up and when it does slowly lower yourself forward onto your right leg. If you can lean over the outside edge of your leg it will be better for your release. Continue holding for a total of one minute. Then release but rest your body there for one minute longer. Then reverse and do the right side.
Do those methods of release a couple of times a year for a week or so and see if you have problems after that. What you mainly are doing is freeing those muscles up so that anything triggered them before, which had to be because something get trapped or pinched just right and it spread to the rest of the muscles, is so relaxed that it no longer finds that spot to get trapped within.
there are a lot of triggers to migraines,hold you tried just drinking the water? also if you get through a lot of food with caffeine surrounded by it i'd cut the intake down,remember pls that gaurnna drinks have tons of caffeine in it,so if if you drinking ENERGY drinks check their label.
