Head twinge for 3 weeks, could this be meningitis?
I have had a headache for 3 weeks, it started as stiffness and cramp through my neck and the back of my skipper, and moved up to the left side of my head. At that point it have been 2 weeks so I went to my doctor who chalked it up to stress. after another week the headache had moved to the top portion of my head (where it resides now) and feel more like pressure behind my eyes and up over the crown of my person in charge and I feel stiffness in my décolletage and I am also dizzy often. I went to the hospital, and they did a CT scan of my come first (after giving me an anti flamatory would they still see meningitis if that's what this is?) and they preformed blood tests, though I didn't think to ask which ones...I in recent times want to know if I should be concerned that this is more serious than just "stress migraines" I have also just this minute found a small red bruise that started as what seemed like a dry patch of skin. Any insight?

Although your symptoms are consistent beside some of the symptoms of meningitis, I think it would be highly unlikely that you enjoy it. You stated that you had neck stiffness/pain that have transitioned to a headache, for 3 weeks. Fever was not mentioned, one of the most important symptoms of meningitis. Most people with meningitis become not at your best enough to require hospitalization within 24 hours of the start of their symptoms. This motivation, combined with your absence of disorientation, indicates that meningitis is unlikely.
Meningitis symptoms include SEVERE headache (cannot function, screaming pain, can't stand audio or visual stimuli), lofty fever, anorexia, nausea, and vomiting. Dizziness is not a noted common symptom. Also, a CT scan would not show meningitis, nor would blood test. An MRI or spinal tap are required diagnostic tests.
I enjoy recently experienced similar symptoms to what you are describing. I assume the anti-inflammatory didn't work for you? If not, you may have a condition similar to mine. It be found that stress and poor posture due to working at my computer were causes of my nouns pain and headaches, surrounded by addition to a pinched nerve. I hold been seeing a massage psychiatric therapist and chiropractor, with success. Muscle relaxants are favourable for the neck pain, on moment in time.
I do recommend following up with your doctor if you do not get better, or capture worse. Also, see your doctor immediately if you get a restlessness, anorexia, nausea, or vomiting.

Seeing as how you already saw a dr. that seem kind of useless at this time. You have have your finger on the problem all the time it's just that they don't know how to release the muscles to relieve you, the reason not to see another dr. Your pain within your neck is the big problem and you may have some within your back as well. What happen with those tight muscles is that the pain is so impossible in them that when the message reaches the brain the intensity of it make it feel it's all within the brain. It isn't. To me the brain is like a clearing house, it takes surrounded by and processes all the messages to it. When the pain from one nouns is so intense like that it causes everything else to munificent of stop where it's at, you can't function with it. That misery also makes people dizzy because of the power of the headache and what other part of the brain it is affecting. Here is how to release your back and décolletage muscles:
Back:
Place your left hand on your not here knee. Place your right hand over your vanished shoulder and with your fingertips find the muscle next to your spine. Press on it and hold. Relax, clutch a deep breath and exhale and don’t tense up any constituent of your body. After about 30 seconds in attendance should be a release happening and when it does slowly lower yourself forward onto your right leg. If you can lean over the outside edge of your leg it will be better for your release. Continue holding for a total of one minute. Then release but rest your body here for one minute longer. Then reverse and do the right side.
