What cause the upper final to hurt?
So i have constant upper back discomfort...Sometimes at night it gets worse. Why is this taking place? What can i do to ease the pain?

does it achieve worse when you are in bed at night? Are you a side sleeper? If so try putting a pillow between your knees so your hips and spine stay surrounded by the right position. This helps me a lot.
Did you have an stroke of luck?
Did you injure yourself while exercising?
Do you have arthritisis?
Do you have a slipped disc?
Do you own a crushed disc or vertabra?
There are many things that could be wrong but if this has continued over a week later I think it is time for you to see a Physician for Xrays and MRI's to determine what the problem is before it get worse or causes other problems.
