I own chestpain… but is it serious?

For a few months, I’ve been having chest distress, localized to one specific area on the left side. When it happen, it’s hard to inhale deeply and it even hurts to stand up straight or stretch. Usually it last anywhere from 20 minutes to a couple hours. I know it’s not anxiety or stress-related, and my mother has heart problems. I’m not sure what to do. It happen MAYBE a couple times a week… I don’t know if I should be worried or dismiss it as nothing.
