Im terrified, is nearby something wrong near my foot?!?

im kind of scared at hand there might be something wrong with my foot because on my big toe theres this small brown spot and it hurts, i asked my mom if in attendance was something wrong with it and she said no. so i disappeared it alone thinking that it would heal and go away, but immediately this yellowish whitish looking stuff oozed out.....im not sure what to do now...... is it an infection? is it something that i should verbs about?

..yeh if its oozing yellowish stuff then its an infection..to be precise trying to come out..you dont want the infection to sit in there to long and turn to bigger issues, lead to it will
