probably something you ate, perchance see a doctor
Hey there, what does the stomach-ache feel like and where on earth in the abdomen does it hurt?
If it hurts within the upper right quadrant and this italian is greasy or fatty foods, it could be your gallbladder. I had to have mine out and I'm 23 so don't agree to age fool you.
If the pain is burning it could be acid reflux.
There's plenty of other possibilities as all right including food allergies but it's best to keep a journal and see a GI doctor. If the niggle is ever excruiating or involves a fever/nausea/vomiting, I suggest seeing a doctor immediately even if that means an Emergency Room.

Gallbladder out 2009
Any abdominal throbbing (other than obvious cramps from constipation or indigestion) should be seen by a doctor as soon as possible. If it is the lower right quadrant of the tummy and if you have a fever move about to the emergency room immediately, it could be appendicitis or blockage.
