Alot of discomfort surrounded by leg cant digit out why sustain?

so 2 days ago my lower leg right above the ankle started hurting when i walk or move it or touch it but theres no bruising or redness or anyinthng out of the frequent and now today the pain have gotten worse and has gone up to my knee as capably and i can barly walk anyone know why this is what might of happend? i dont play any sports and havent treally done anything that could cuase this and im in my rash 20s and pretty healthy but cant go to the doctor cuz im not eligible for insurance thru my work till january and cant afford to run already in debt with doctor bills for when my son go to the doctor without insurance so any help on what u cogitate it could be thanks

you may have torn a ligament. or do you hold arthritis. Some hospitals will take you and treat you check with the hospital social worker and share her/him your situation, Good luck and I hope I have helped.
have you tried to carry Medicaid for you and your son? Most hospital ER's will take you in, no thing what. You have to be able to nick care of your son, so I would be applying for Medicaid, and taking a trip to the ER. whatver state you live in, go through for the 'state' like, "NY Medicaid".
That sounds like the muscle on your ankle is giving your trouble. If you do the following it should take care of that problem for you:
Front muscle: (shin splints)
With the leg pulled up into your lap, take the arm on like peas in a pod side as the leg and wrap it around the leg just above ankle height, thumb astern the leg and fingers round the front. As your fingers go around the front and rest on your leg, they should feel the big bone down the front. When you put your fingers over the front of it and you shake your foot, you should feel the tendon right subsequent to the bone. Press your fingers on it and hold. Take your other hand and bring it in from beneath your leg. Place your fingers so they go away from the ones already there positioning them more away from you. Again if you joggle your foot you will find the other tendons that have to be released. Press hard on adjectives of them and hold. Relax take a deep breath and exhale and don’t worried up any part of your body. After 30 seconds, slowly lower your foot as far as it will progress. Remove the pressure but hold your foot there for one minute longer.
I don`t know just a pulled muscle? i'd take it smooth and give it some time.it sucks to not have insurance!
