Irritable bowel syndrome..?

I constantly have diarrhea, and the lower part or the side of my stomach feel awful whenever i do. Even after I diarrhea, my stomach still hurts for about an hour afterward. It's not anything I guzzle, because i eat pretty good, and i've waken up contained by the middle of the night tons of times and having really impossible stomach aches. Sometimes my stomach won't hurt for weeks, and then it'll return and hurt even worse. And sometimes when i feel i have to go to the bathroom because my stomach hurts so desperate, nothing comes. Do you think i could enjoy irritable bowel syndrome?

I was just reading something like this yesterday... IBS is generally related to stress and anxiety. Do you find that these attacks turn out during periods of increased stress??
