Answers:
It means you may have have a minor heart attack
It would be difficult to say on this one - it could parsimonious a change from baseline (where it should be on the paper) or it could be a change from a previously record EKG. These can sometimes indicate a change in the condition of your heart but individual your doctor would know this. You need to ask more questions - call upon your doctor's nurse and ask these questions of her and she will talk next to the doctor and someone will call you back. You can also ask if this finding will prevent you from getting any strength insurance - they might know the answer to this. Source(s): Health care provider
What do they mean?
P undulation: the sequential activation (depolarization) of the right and left atria
QRS complex: right and left ventricular depolarization (normally the ventricles are activate simultaneously)
ST-T wave: ventricular repolarization
U wave: place of birth for this wave is not clear - but probably represents "afterdepolarizations" in the ventricles
PR interval: time interval from kick-off of atrial depolarization (P wave) to onset of ventricular depolarization (QRS complex)

change in lead 3 alone is a middle-of-the-road finding, absolutely no need to verbs. Source(s): cardiology
Changes in Lead3 beside no corroborative changes in other relateon cloud nines means nothing. A obese individual next to no heart disease can have changes surrounded by Lead3. ECG must be interpreted in conjunction with clinical findings. Ask your doc.
