Very dry, tough skin on my frontage?
On my cheeks, chin, and above my mouth (basically the bottom half of my face) my skin has become completely very dry lately. I had be struggling with acne for a long time, and my skin is now clear, but I whip tetracycline, birth control, and differin to make it that way. (I'm not sure if that have something to do with my condition).
I'm not sure entirely how to describe it, but basically it feel very tough and rough. If I put powder on, you can see how rough it is, and can see the flakes. I've tried everything from peeling it, to exfoliant scrub, to thick lotion, and it won't go away. Also, this is not from tanning or sunburning, and I'm just 17 so my skin is still young.
Please help! Any design are great!

homemade oatmeal scrub..
oatmeal is very gentle on the skin, even the sensitive skin. it is a easy-going exfoliator..
blend some traditional oatmeal in blender till it turns into powder.
take a spoonful n make the addition of some water.mix n exfoliate ur face beside it in a circular motion to exfoliate away the flakey skin..
u can leave it on for ~15 mins n it become a cleansing n HYDRATING mask..
this homemade oatmeals mask is free of chemicals. it is so meek tt u can do this everyday..
i've been doing this everynight for abt 1 mth n my acne scars disappear v quickly n there is not a sign of dry skin (my skin is greatly oily but i do hav some patches of dry skin when the weather is nt right)..
u can also mix the oatmeal powder beside natural yogurt n honey to make a super hydrating costume.. this is one of the best homemade mask i do every week..
