Is a 12 week HIV experiment impossible to tell apart as a 13 week HIV oral exam?

Tomorrow it will be 12 weeks since my possible exposure. I did a test at approximately 9 weeks and a half that come back negative. However, my fears are still at an all-time dignified with the constant diarrhea I've been have for the past 3 weeks (could it have to do beside alcohol consumption?). Most sources say a 3-month test is conclusive, and they also read aloud 12 weeks. But 3 months is 13 weeks, so can any experts on the subject guide me to whether I should be doing the test at 12 or 13 weeks? The reason I want to do it before is because the anxiety is killing me. It really is the same. Three months is 12 weeks for 13 weeks, it depends on how technical you grasp. However, I do not see how 7 days can make any difference in the HIV experiment.
