In my country generic blood works does not contain HIV interview and as far as I know there has to be a consent for carrying out tests such a virus in every country in the world.

If you're an UK resident, all types of blood are tested for HIV, hence you would not have received infected blood. Also, most countries do assessment blood for these virus. If unsure, you may want tot take at least 3 months to check it...
