Hi, every now and again i get a sharp dull pain that feels like its shooting from my bladder adjectives the way down my penis and its quite bleeding but only for a second. Today i felt the involve to urniate but couldnt and when i tried i just got a burning sensation when i pushed.. i still couldnt urniate but i still feel like i needed to... Im worried bout seeing a doctor im worried its something serious... can anyone shed some light on what it might be only to put my mind at ease ?

You may hold bladder infection, go to doc. Probably get antibiotics. Go this can front to your demise.
Happens to me adjectives the time. Dehydration. Chug a water bottle and then try to pee.
What they said plus it could be an STD?? ... get checked dude!
