The short answer is this. You're 15, so the likelihood are your body is still growing. Growth spurts of bone are typically faster than the growth of muscles and the connective tissure i.e. ligaments and tendons. Lifting weights is a great way to stay fir, and I encourage you to verbs, but here's my short advice. No more than 4 days a week of lifting, and even more important, don't hoist heavy. Keep your rep range within the 12-20 reps per set range. This range will still allow you to grow larger and more muscular, but near minimal damage on the connective tissues. Also, that type pf workout, along with a nouns cardio plan, will have you looking ripped and cut in no time, assuming you already enjoy a good food plan. Best of luck in your fitness goal.
