Are poly and mono unsaturated fat fattening if taken?
im trying my best to be lean and soon probably d six pack, i already lost 4 inches in d last 5 mos.
i read somewhere that wringing wet and trans fat are known to be 'automatic' fat since they are not used or anything and just stored as stout immediately.
my question is are poly and mono unsaturated fat fattening as well? should we limit the intake?

These fat are the 'good' fats our body requires. However as per trans-fats and saturated fat, they still contain 9 calories per gram. If we consume more than our body requires, the additional calories will still be stored on our body as fat.
