7 hours of daylight soup diet and 1 hour of cross training each day.. what will i finish?

so i just got a cross trainer and i am starting the 7 morning diet which claims to be able to lose 10-17 lbs per week and according to forums i've read it actually works. i know its not the healthiest course to lose it but i want results fast. i need to lose more or less 5 stone all in adjectives. so what i am asking is , if i go on the diet and do 1 hour per day of cross training what do you consider i will lose in a week? thanks.

i AM doing the diet no concern what anyone says to me as i a m desperate now and hold a great support unit at home so i will stick to it. thanks again

FYI - 95% of the counterweight you lose on that diet is water weight, which you will directly gain back once you are off of it....Nothing but lastingly changing your eating behaviour to a healthy and balanced plan and exercising regularly will own any lasting effects.
well you may loose that 10-17 pounds but you will gain it all fund the second you start eating normally again

so to some extent than attempting some crazy crash diet, look at what you eat overall, and change it adjectives to more healthy things, and then stick near that, PERMANENTLY.

but you already said you were doing the crazy crash diet no matter what, so i dont know why you even bother asking this
Soup diets are the worst possible passageway to lose weight. If you must go on a strict diet I would recommend something resembling the raw food diet. Soup has tons of sodium contained by it which can cause you to retain water substance, actually making you bloated and bigger than you were. If you work out for an hour respectively day you will sweat, which combined with the excess saline can dehydrate you and make you even more likely to retain wet.

If you do decide to do this for 7 days (which isn't too big of a deal) drink LOTS of water. You should never expect to lose 10-17 pounds contained by a week. Usually at the beginning of a diet (the first week) you can expect to lose up to 5-6 pounds, but don't expect to lose that every week after. Usually you will lose about 2 pounds per week after that.

If you want to lose profoundly of weight it is better to go for a lifestyle overhaul than a breakneck fix anyway, because you'll learn how to eat right and keep hold of the weight off for enthusiasm.
