What are some nice, able-bodied after institution snacks for children?
I bake every day and I reflect on I might be over doing it on the cakes and cookies. Don't get me wrong my children aren't chubby they are quiet skinny and very noisy. I just think I might requirement to try something else for them. I always leave a bowl of chopped up carrot, cucumber and apple in their play room when it's cold or outside when it's not.

I had thought about baking some on top form muffins for an after-school snack. Today I gave them a glass of chocolate milk (ovaltine) after college. They are very lean and always starved after college!
Baking can be fitting in moderation because it will teach your kids that it's okay to indulge once within a while, and if you can learn to cook healthier snacks, that can also guide them that baked goods don't have to be unhygienic. You could try making homemade applesauce by just mushing apples in a container with water over atmosphere heat, or you could make your children fruit cobblers or baked fruit desserts.
Some strong snacks you might want to provide rather than baking include:
-pretzels or pitas with hummus
-veggie sticks
-fruits
- apples beside peanut butter
- wholegrain crackers
- yogurt with fruit and cereal
- pure fruit popsicles
- trail mix
More fruit! Yum :)
