How come i lost 5 pounds within a week?

im trying to gain weight and apparently im 159.8 pounds at 5ft3 according to my scale this morning
which doesnt brand name sense to me…i was in the 164-165 nouns for awhile like a month
hell when i got done adjectives my weight, i wasnt in the 150s i be like 161
of course yesterday i hiked similar to…3 miles and 2 days ago i hiked like 2 miles so it could be water counterweight and i feel like my skin is tighter so…yeah… but it still dont kind no sense ive kept my calories to around 3k-3500 of course when i started cutting my bulk…i havent worked out in 2 weeks eitehr…and still kept my calories at that point
imma up my calories to 4k now since 3k dont work
