What should i do around this?
So i started transforming my body last january i weighted 307 pounds and got down to 225 pounds the impossible way, i started working out in june the upright way working really hard trying to gain muscle ive be working out since then six days a week,
currently i am 6'4 218 pounds and about 20 percent BF
i own a good routine and i have have huge increase in strength and i have bulked up alot, but i dont enjoy alot of definition, is it because my body fat is so high?
how can i cut my BF down and achieve defintion and still keep all my bulk? and my strength??
is adjectives about cardio? is there asoultly no path to cut body fat with out cardio?

They said the strict diet is more essential than the cardio as long as you get your heart rate up when your lifting. I kid you not if you have the discipline this is the best counsel i've heard. Don't buy into that acai berry sh*t or any other diet fads. Fuel your body 4-6 times a daytime and maybe do cardio 2-3x a week and with this diet you'll see results within a week or too.
I'm on it and its hard to stick to it but the results i'm getting are faster and better than anything else I've tried and I use to be a 290lb. linemen who could do hurdles in track but didn't enjoy definition worth crap.
