5 Hour Energy drink...desperate for your heart?
i rarely ever have heartiness drinks; i have had in the region of 3 full energy drinks in the recent past 2 years, so i never really had a need to research almost them until now. I know the effects they can have on you, such as cargo gain and all that stuff but I been audible range a lot of stuff about this 5 Hour Energy drink. i be thinking about buying them at my gym because lately i haven't been competent to get much sleep over a recent break-up, so its been affecting my week days. immediately i don't plan on drinking more than 2-3 of them a week, but i just thought i would ask this anyways. would this be bad on my heart?
