5 foot 3, 136 lbs, BMI 24.1. Size 10/12 trouser contained by most shops (8/10 top). Why do I surface chubby?

I feel so skanky and fat at the moment, but a size 10 is conventional right? (I am more often a 10 than a 12). I want to loose some weight, conceivably 10-14 lbs, is this a good idea?
Answers:
Either you are person to self critical or perhaps you have a big percenage of body fat despite only person a size 10. This would be due to lack muscle rather than too much heavy.
because society's version of skinny and cooking oil are quite contrary to biology's version- you've got society's variation stuck in your head!
That's the sound size, Im a personal trainer and the Lady's i see wish they could be your size. unfortunately we live within a world where we see skinny people everyday surrounded by adverts, magazine and on tv. you would not believe they go though to catch to that, i had one client that was a model and she a moment ago ignored my advice and stop drinking, and was exercise twice a day on some days, its not decent.

If you do feel skanky and fat, try fluffy exercise 2 or 3 times a week just to tighten all your muscles up, but not to lose mass of substance. Go jogging for 30min twice a week, get a work out dvd you complete once a week something simple to tighten.
