I'm a girl and my arms are kinda flabby, will this aid?

Well my arms are kinda flabby. Actually so are my thighs, but thats not the point..

Will running a mile everyday help with that? How much would running for a month comfort me lose? [I'll continue with it but I merely wanna see how effective it'll be]

Also, will push ups help?

Kthanks x)

Well running a mile will help your legs but, push ups and lifting weights are the best way. :D Source(s): Brother
The most major factor for losing fat (arms, thighs, anywhere) is diet. Watch your diet and eat smaller quantity then you expend.

Exercising is very high-status in helping create the caloric deficit. You should do both the running and add pushups and also exercises for the rest of the upper body.

The pushups will work your chest and triceps. Add some dumbell curls for the biceps. Dumbell rows for the vertebrae, and some dumbell presses for the shoulders.

This will tone your arms and the running and the diet will burn the fat.

hope this helps. Source(s): Here is a great site I found for losing flab.
