27 year mature man 5'7/8____124lbs_56kg_just underneath 9 stone counterweight quiz?
Ive always been undernourished,as an adult my weight have been between 110lbs and 135lbs
with change is jobs exersise and lifestyle.ive found when i do heavy lifting work
i acquire more hungry and usally gain over time over the 125lbs mark but somtimes im
in job where i walk alot and my cargo dips below 120lbs,i backpack too and have
lost weight through virus but ive spend a couple of months at a time eating well and laze around
my weight tends to horizontal out at 125lbs so im thinking this is maybe my natural counterbalance
which is inside healthy with a Bmi of 19.3.Do any of u guys/gals estimate my health is in vulnerability
in the long run with such a borderline bmi?Any other raw skinny people out there? if so whats ur stats height/weight/age?gratefulness:)

If you feel healthy and enjoy enough energy you should be fine.

I had a BMI of 19-20 for ages - nil I did (pies or exersise) seemed to change it. Eventually beside age + pies I gained weight (186cm 66-75kg).
The NHS suggests 18.5 is the borderline for one underweight.
Obviously if you've less fat within reserve than your average bear, and if you are worried consult a medic - but it sounds fine.**
