How do i gain immensity?
i have a high metabolism so its awfully hard for me to gain weight
i own a very skinny body and i just dont approaching it, i want some more fat on me..
im 5'2 &+ 115lbs
my goal is to conquer at least 120-125lbs, i want a body like hers,

so if you hold any tips or foods that can help me that would be great, its so hard to even gain 1lb.
& if you know if i should get through 6 small meals or 3 big ones would be helpful!

and i longing i could be 115lbs. Im about 128lbs. And im 5'1, so i just look for a while strange. x)
But if you want to gain some weight def. do not just pile on the mcdonalds LOL
still get through healthy but maybe devour more than you usually do, if you do any physical activity, try to cut down on some of it for a while. Just so that your not burning calories like crazy.
in good health you can certainly go work out and bring back some muscle or you can just eat plentifully Source(s): friends as well as myself
