40 pounds contained by 2 months...can it be done?

I weigh about 170 pounds at the moment, and I am 5'6

I am 18 years old, so I don't own a super slow metabolism due to age.

I would like to be down to 130 by late january...

My give somebody the third degree is, can it be done, and how...

If anyone has pulled something similar off, please agree to me know...

I was thinking of becoming a very strict lacto-vegetarian, and restricting my calories to about 500 a day...

I want to lose flabby not muscle...

500 calories a day? You need at lowest 12-1500 just to function properly. By doing cardio, you can retain the muscle you have and gain more. The most you can probably lose within 2 months is 10-15lbs, but by your metabolism, 15-25lbs.

yes it can be possible but very unhealthy! psyche say aim for 3 months not 2, be realistic. most big thing of all is EXERCISE. cardio, cardio and more cardio. every morning. it will be hardwork but its the only thing that will bequeath you fast and visible results.
well...lets see..that would be almost 20 pounds a month.
yes. it can be done. but then you'll gain the weight subsidise VERY easily.
so i say thieve it sloowww so u dont put it all back.
i lost 15 pounds surrounded by 2 weeks fast and i put all that spinal column. so now im going for about 5 pounds a month (:
