13 year frail Boy lose 5 pounds?

im 13 years old and 106 pounds and im trying to drop down a weight class for wrestling. There is this fundamentally athletic kid who wrestles for my school and i probably might lose to him if we wrestled. Is there anyway for me to lose 5 pounds surrounded by 2 weeks.

I'm 11- When I was close to 9 i weighed like 120 pounds [Yes- I route waayyy to over weight!] And now I weigh 81 pounds! I will a short time ago go on the tred mill 2 and a half miles a year, And then do yoga for like partly an hour so I won't feel bloated. =)
Well chris, I regard as that if you are at least 5 ft, you don't need to lose counterweight. And if your strong then you don't need to. See Muscles weigh more than lubricant believe it or not. But if you really want to really badly, then stop drinking soda completely! And after dinner steal a mile walk or jog to burn stale some calories or engage in an stirring activity! Good Luck!
