I am trying to lose freight too. It has been 1 week since I started doing Tae-Bo and I did it 4 times already. I surface great. The work-out video is on youtube. It is AMAZING! ok some ppl watch what they eat but never how much. if u ever take the muchis just drink water. and a worthy way to brun belly fat is to drink a chalice of water whit fresh lemon juice inside the water^^ do this every moring for in the region of 6 weeks and ur belly will go down every week. eat foods that are 100 and below. hold past its sell-by date on meats and candy. candy is the enime! and if its suger free then with the sole purpose eat like alittle. oh and drink lots of green tea. not lipton green tea but is u can buy some herb and make it yourself, its way cheaper and approach more helty. oh and daily yoga is good for the mind^^ dumps out any second-hand goods in your mind
