OK here is a pic of me about a month ago - I really feel I want to loose some counterweight I have a huge butt. I have tried almost every diet and pill you can judge of the last thing I tried be simply slim work very nice but I was more dried out than a desert. So i stopped taking them.
I own been on a high protein diet that worked great until I started consumption normal again!!
I have considered a "fit diet" fruit/ veggies no sugar that kinda stuff I did some research and fruit have got so much calories its worrisome. I can't eat nuts and muesli and stuff as I am allergic.
Now my Question I work 12 hours a day, I can't afford going to a gym. My neighborhood isn't exactly past the worst enough to go for a walk briskly. So what am I to do?? I am going on a cruise to and exotic Island in 7 weeks with my mom. And I don't want to look resembling a whale.
Please don't tell me I don't need to lose bulk my parents tell me that all the time as in good health as my fiancee. But I don't feel comfy in my skin adjectives my clothes are too small and I know I can look a lot better.
Please give me some fine advice on how to shed some weight.
I drink roughly speaking 6 liters of water a day. and follow a soaring protein diet at the moment. But I don't think the high protein point is very good for me.
I weigh 73 Kg's / 160 pounds
My plane 1.61 meters / 5 foot 2

Exercise is exceptionally important. It is essential if you are going to be able to lose cargo and to live a healthy life. Try not managing your time, try managing yourself. Also beware of nation who steal your time. The time is there if you get organized...it's your robustness and future after all!

I understand you work for 12 hours and cant afford gym membership, try buying some workout dvds that you approaching. They don't cost that much, I suggest that you try leslie sansone's 4 fast miles, it also comes with a free jog dvd you can work out at home. Also lay off the diet pills and eat fresh fruits and veggies along next to protein, and whole grains and also drink 6-8 eyeglasses of water a day. Aim for 2 pounds a week, get through at least 1200 calories a day. Good luck! :)
First off don't get adjectives hung up on calories as different types of calories from different sources are used up at different rates.
Calisthenics can be done anywhere and if you do them fast enough lacking rest are pretty decent cardio too so try that (push ups, sit ups, free squats, jumping jacks)
1. Eat roughly speaking 6 small complete meals throughout the day (Grains, protein, fruits, vegetables) spaced out just about every 2-3 hours. DO NOT BINGE EAT!
2. Be as active as you can. Nothing to do for 10 minutes? Knockout 10 elevated push ups.
3. Eat some spicy foods, take plentifully of vitamin C, and drink between a half gallon and a whole gallon of WATER a afternoon.
4. No more soda. Ever.
5. If you do drink coffee, drink it black.
6. Do at least 35 minutes of cardio straight at least once a morning, at least three times a week, more if you are not trying to put on muscle.
7. Do a large amount of full body exercises whenever possible (Pull-ups, Chin ups, dips, squats, flaccid leg raises, hanging knees raises, back raise, glute ham raises, burpees)
8. Get at least 6 hours of sleep a dark, but no more then 9.

2.Kidney smash up
3.Constipation
4.Tumors and cancerous growths
5.Biochemical imbalances in the tissues (overacidity)
6.Arthritis
7.Bone-loss (osteoporosis)
I'm not sure where on earth you heard fruit was soaring in calories, they're VERY good for dieting and substance loss, along with vegetables. Its scary to look at the sugar content, but its not exactly close to sugar you would put in coffee, its natural sugar.
Try to avoid diet pills if you can.
You requirement to find a diet that you can LIVE with. If you try going on a "crash diet," you may lose weight but will gain it hindmost as soon as you go back to your old-fashioned eating habits.
As for an exercise plan, it is difficult since you hold to work and live in a rough neighborhood. Take advantage at your work; Anytime something is needed upstairs, volunteer to run up and gain it. If you sit at a desk and really dont do a lot of moving, get on the floor and exercise when your not busy.
You will entail to go out of your comfort zone if you really want to exercise and lose weight. Dont verbs about what co-workers will think or how "stupid"you will look. Actually, they will applaud you for being so dedicated, and you may even inspire someone else!
