HELP! HELP! HELP! can someone relief?

i'm a sixteen year old girl and lately i've gaining greatly of weight. i'm 5'2 and i weight 135.
that doesn't seem to be normal to me. i'm in crosscountry, i'm remarkably active and i also go to the gym. i literally chomp through a little bit of anything at random times though.
i don't enjoy a solid diet.
i eat whatever nearby is to eat.
i try controlling my hunger but it's hard for me.
i enjoy anxiety to eat or something.
i work out very rugged and have gone on diets before,
but still i see no substance loss. i'm literally to the point of just starving myself because i don't know what else to do.
adjectives my friends are skinny and they eat a lot and it doesn't give the impression of being fair so it's very pressuring. can someone assistance?
i've already talked to my doctor and apparently he thinks nought is wrong.
but i'm always stressed out and depressed and stuff.
i'm also in VARSITY crosscountry ,because i'm nippy.

FIrst off, don't starve yourself.. You will lose all your activeness, strength, and most importantly you can damage your organs. It also puts your body into survival mode, so it will try to save overweight. Most people when they get in good health again gain more weight back anyway. Stress and depression can result in you not to lose weight. I say try consumption right and exercise, it's the healthiest way to go.

Try having a solid diet. Eat only 3-5 solid, but light and healthy meal throughout the day. Have a healthy snack if you're hungry unpunctually at night.
please listen to your doctor, he/her know what they are talking about. and try not to focus on your bulk so much,, especially when it sounds perfect. go to your doc and voice these concerns to him, write them down if you enjoy to but a chat will help.
