Would you consider me "fat" or overweight?

i am 5'3 and about 181 pounds. most of that i probably carry contained by my ***, its huge. a lot of people only just tell me im thick or curvy but im still discontent with my weight.

you would be considered overweight but the fat would turn away more easily seeing it is not around the belly. work out a bit and eat properly as within 4 small meals a day and not till you are full but till you are not hungry and speed interval running...5 min jog warmup, 20 minutes of speed interval changes, 1 min 30 seconds walking consequently 1 min 30 seconds sprinting, and keep going till your realize 20 minutes of that then 5 min jogging cooldown Source(s): moi

im 5'3 and 108 pounds.......

obviously if your writing this then your self-conscious roughly speaking it
you'll feel a lot better in the order of yourself if you trim off some of that fat
u don't hold to starve yourself or over-exercise
exercise regularly and eat healthy
don't expect to drop 5 pounds a week
it'll clutch long and it won't be easy
but the result will be rewarding

It's big ,but not big. It's big because your so short ,but if it was adjectives in your t&a than not really ,just depends on your body type . For your point I would think about lil consignment cause you might have knees problems later on in go.
well I'm 5'2 and 122... and adjectives of that is from muscle from playing sports.

So yeah, you're probably overweight.

I'm not going to sprawl and tell you the false. My opinion is yes you are overweight or "chubby". For that altitude you shouldn't be weighing that much and if you carry most of that curvy in your lower body your chances of heart disease increase. I'm sorry to be raucous but I have no reason to slouch.

Weight as a number is not a angelic indicator because if you are strong you could have a lot of muscle which weigh much much more than fat. For example, according to standards by number I am 30 pounds overweight but in authenticity my doctor says I am extremely healthy and take the weight in my strong muscles from swimming. Also, bones are habitually more dense in some than others, so you could just hold a heavy skeletal structure and not be fat at adjectives. Talk to your doctor and get his or her opinion. As a number, 181 is a moment or two overweight, but that could be irrelevant depending on a lot of factors. Don't verbs about the number, worry surrounded by relation to health. I am a male but relations would not consider me to be fat at all because I don't enjoy a stomach that hangs over my belt at all.

To me, instinctively; FAT. But I guess some guys like that. Thick = Thick in the thighs and ***. If any of it is surrounded by your face or stomach; you're not "thick".

im 178 5"3 but im not huge. i dont cogitate you are. obviously were both overweight probably but im skiing as much as i can this winter so ill lose a lot anyway.
i'm give or take a few 5'10.5" and around 180. im really tall and have a big butt and a big chest. but im really reeeeaally towering. im not sure. i dont think you'd be overweight. just work out. you should see results.
look contained by the miror and see if u cat tell i would say its gummy but a little bit overwieght
i wouldnt articulate your fat, i mean you could be lighter, but if your not relieved you should do something. work out or start dieting untill your happy wit yourself. I recently gain wieght from all that halloween spirit, buy spirit i mean candy cany and more candy! I work out 20-30 minutes a daytime and limit my snacking and im already down alot! I expect to be at my normal wieght contained by no time. Not only am i looking better, but it makes me discern better and more confident with myself. Hey, its worth a try right?

It is a little over consignment but not bad at all girls look better curvy. Girls are sick looking when they are too limited. You could lose a few pound but personally I think you probably look better how you are.

If you are fed-up I would say work out a little and you will see results.
check ur bmi but just be contented with ur self i love people who r self confident
