Am I drinking too much tea?
I recently quit coffee, its been 16 days! i be an addict, like 8-9 cups a afternoon. Anyways, I now drink 1-2 cups of green tea in the morning beside caffeine and then throughout the day i drink decaf, i probably drink it ever 3 hours or so. Is it desperate to drink tea this much, i enjoy it and know its great for your health plus it help me to feel fuller longer but am i doing any damage by drinking resembling 9 cups of decaf green tea during the day?

You sound resembling me, I was like that a few months hindmost, drinking several cups of coffee per day and stopped cold turkey. Now I drink tea every day but I alternate between lipton, green tea and sometimes herbals. I read that teas are obedient for you as they have antioxidants (especially green tea) but as you probably know too much of anything isn't good for you; even if it is honourable for you. I don't think that 2 cups of tea per day is fruitless but I am not sure about the decaf (though being decaf I really don't conjecture it could hurt you). Are you drinking any other fluids? Do you drink at least a couple of glasses of dampen per day? That would definitely oblige you.
What I do is have a cup of tea in the morning and afterwards when I get to work I have a hot chocolate and after another cup of tea (I try to squeeze in a cup or two of water somewhere during the day) and after when I get home from work I will have another cup of tea. This have been working for me and drinking something warm keep the coffee urges at bay!
It can damage your stomach. I go through hell with procedures, tests, aching trying to find out what was wrong with my stomach...turns out I be drinking too much tea, about as much as you are. However, coffee is much more strong than tea, so if that didn't bother you, tea probably won't either.
