I mean how much should you workout and what foods should you eat to keep hold of the fat off?

why on earth would you want to do that?! the diets are SO strict, that it makes ingestion a real chore.

You'd enjoy to do some crazy cardio and eat hella clean. I cut myself down to 5% over the summer by biking almost 15-20 miles almost every day.
