14 year dated, what to guzzle right?
Ok, I am going to be lifting soon. My shoulders have widened so I want to start eating right. After every work out I drink whey protein mixed with milk. I am not lone trying to lose weight and build muscle, but I heard that consumption right helps go through puberty faster. That would be a assist because I am sick of my little girlie voice...which sucks because I have pretty much all of puberty down but the growing and voice, but anyways, I don't know what to get through, I hate school food but hold to eat it. I also occassionally eat 30 second microwaveable bacon contained by the mornings. Any ideas on what I should eat?...
