How trouble-free is it to lose 5 kgs contained by one month? I really wanna...can someone please suggest fine ways?

Try to restrain your diet to 2000-2500 calories a day. The things you eat join up quickly so be stingy and count those calories.
Exercising regularly helps as in good health. I do a day of cardio (swimming, running, etc) and then a sunshine of weight lifting. It is important to heat up before you do either and it is significant not to overwork yourself by lifting too much weight or by lifting weights every day. Hence why I alternate cardio and counterweight lifting.
Barring any hormonal problems you should be able to lose weight if you use and burn more calories than you consume.
I've hear that it is healthy to try and lose about 1kg a week, so dropping that much counterbalance that fast could be hard.

your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
