13 AND NEED HELP WITH WEIGHT. !!?

Im 13 and i weigh 8stone7lb.
I really want to loose some weigh so i drop to 7st in 4 weeks.
i really need give support to
breakfast - one satsuma
lunch - nothing
dinner - half of the serving
snacks- peice of fruit.
+ wii fit for an hour everyday
will this abet me to achieve my goal substance?

No. You're not consumption enough. You'll achieve your dream weight for about a week, start putting it subsidise on, and be fatter than ever.

When I was 13 I was around that counterbalance!! Well I was 5 foot 6... It does depend on your height. If you really do want to loose counterweight exercise more. if it doesn't work go and see a doctor to see if he can suggest any thing.
umm.... you know that not eaing anything for lunch wont do any good for you
for lunch you should munch through an apple or any other fruit you like and a serving of crackers which for me is usually town house
for breakfast you should have some oil free milk or yogurt or any other low fat dairy product and some grain (i dont know what a satsuma is)
for dinner you shouldn't really cut down on your serving only just change what your eating similar to (real) chicken and cucumbers or any other vegitable or meat
salads will help to with low grease dressing
stay away from buttery things, soda, and salty things
the wii fit will help you but conjecture of doing other activities such as raking leaves, shoveling, riding a bike, and other sports
hey dont verbs about your weight if you look surrounded by the mirror and your skinny
muscle weighs more then lubricant :)
