My "diet" plan i guess you could hail as it? ( this is long but plz read)!?

Okay so....
my swim season just ended and we get to eat like 5000 calories every afternoon becouse we burn 3000 every day.. right? well anyway it SO complex tp stay in shape after ward and im a like a MAJOR athleate, so if i dont exersize i discern fat and gross...
so i gained a couple of lbs, concidering i ate a ton at thanksgiving, and a ton at my friends house this weekend, and next my banquete last night wich nearby is alot of yummy food!
but anyway i have been intake alot less.. so this morning ( the day i offically started ) i have a bowl of frosted flakes, so that was around 160 calories, then for lunch i have lettus (plain) an apple, salery stick, and a fourth of my corn bread muffin.. so im assuming that was around 70 calories.. 30 for the apple, 30 for the corn bread ( it was small! ) and 10 for lettus... so that comes to 220 calories? consequently i went and worked out and burned around 450 calories? so its like i havent aten the hole year so when i get home i eat a big supper! i have one chicken breast (120 calories ) peas (80 ) calories, 2 appels ( 60 calories) yes i love appels. and then later i have another bowl of ceral.. 150 calories.. so that equals some wear around 310 more or less.. but it seems close to i ate so much more! any way., i feel AMAZING.

that's vitally what i do.
im not a breakfast person so i dont eat breakfast.
i put away around 1 or 3 in the afternoon and have a few fruits and my lunch/dinner is salad and chicken next to a 100 calorie nonfat yogurt. and i exercise at night and i burn around 1,020 calories.
so its great.
i wake up every morning have lost a pound. but that is jhust because i weigh less within the mornings. but at the end of the week i have lost around 2 and a partly to 3 lbs.
you should have a more filling lunch next to a lean protein so you won't binge for dinner ... breakfest should be the biggest meal of the day so own most of your carbs in the morning , also have a protein close to boiled eggs cause they keep you full, for dinner hold on to it simple with a protein and veggies ... snack on fruit, seeds and nuts Source(s): me go style
